Black Country Fools and Heroes

Fools and Heroes Black Country Branch. Non-commercial Live Action Role Play (LARP) run by the players, for the players. Adventures once a month near Cannock Wood (lifts available from Birmingham) on usually the 1st or 3rd Saturday/Sunday of each month. Free adventures for new players who want to try out LARP for the first time.

Black Country Role Playing Society (BCRPS)

We meet every Thursday from 7.30pm - 11.30pm at the Coronation Social Club in Blackheath, West Midlands, UK.
We play any and all RPGs and have 3 games running each week. Each game runs for a total of 8 weeks before we change over to new ones. We currently have 20 regular members, but we are always open to new people at any time who want to come along.

Birmingham Board and Wargames Club (aka Dragoon's Den)

The club meets every friday from 6.45pm till late (midnight) at the Moseley All Services Club, Church Road, Moseley. Figure gaming includes historical; Ancient 15mm, Mediaeval, ECW, AWI, Napoleonic, ACW and Colonial amongst others. A wide range of boardgames are played mainly 'Euros' but also some more wargame themed ones. The venue has a large free car park and the club have access to the members bar. There is also gaming on the 3rd and 5th sundays of the month. Leamington Wargames Club

Meets every Thursday evening 7.30pm until about 11.00pm on a casual basis at various members houses in and around Leamington Spa. We are a long established club although now down to only five regular members and are looking for new recruits. Our only criteria is that players must be adult and possess armies or figures of their own and be able to put on games. We have a £10 monthly fee that contributes to our club projects. Tea and Coffee is free and we take it in turns to provide the biscuits.
We are historical gamers and play 25mm Seven Years Wars, ECW, ACW & French/Indian Wars together with 15mm Napoleonic's and a miscellany of other stuff including WW2 and Modern, we even still have some 6mm stuff!

Tamworth Games Club

Meet at the Central Methodist Church, Tamworth every Wednesday 6-9pm, entry fee of £1.50. Many games played such as Warhammer fantasy and 40k, Necromunda, Blood Bowl, Dark Future, Lord of the Rings. We also roleplay many systems including D&D, World of Darkness, Call of Cthulhu, Wild West. Magic the gathering is very popular, and we even play the odd home made game written by the members on occasion, such as Wild West gunfights, dinosaur hunting, gang warfare and anti-terrorist police actions.
